Dr. Bryan is a proven practitioner, leader, and scholar with varied interests. A former Chancellor of the University of California at San Diego, John’s undergraduate alma mater, once described him as a 21st Renaissance man based on his scholarly, entrepreneurial, humanitarian, and arts interests.
Academic Career History and Key Accomplishments
As an adjunct faculty member at the doctoral level, Dr. Bryan has chaired dissertation committees and facilitated coursework in core and advanced business curricula and doctoral research and writing. Dr. Bryan works with doctoral learners in the preparation and execution of their dissertation journeys. Dr. Bryan has also developed course curricula, presented on leadership and other topics at international conferences, and prepared and delivered workshops and symposia on a variety of business topics. Dr. Bryan is an instructor in quantitative analysis, content analysis and literature review, and business courses. John Bryan has experience in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods and in case study, narrative, phenomenology, Delphi, correlation, quasi-experimental, causal comparative, and in qualitative and quantitative descriptive and meta-analytical designs. Dr. Bryan has been a dissertation editor since 2009, working with doctoral students from five universities on APA, style, and scholarly writing.
